  • First the one must register on the website “Geoportal of MoD” and then to log in.

    To request the chosen administrative service go to the “E-services” section, choose the service and click on “Order” button.

• How can I get additional information?

  • Additional information about the services can be provided to you by phone or e-mail, which are provided in the "Contacts" section of the site "Geoportal of the MoD".

• Where and how are the services paid for?

  • Payment for the requested service can be made by bank transfer from any bank branch or office, without restriction for the bank.

    Payment can also be made through electronic banking channels, if the user has one.

    It is necessary the user to pay attention to which account to pay for the service he requested.

• Where are the bank accounts to which the payment for the service is to be made published?

  • The result of the requested service can be obtained in the following ways:

    - personally (authorized representative) in MGS - Sofia / MGC - Troyan

    - by courier / licensed postal operator

    - by e-mail - via a download link from the "Geoportal of the MoD"
• How to register on the website “Geoportal of MoD”?

  • The registration could be done from the “Sign up” button and following the procedure described. It is necessary to fill in the required fields and to complete the process by clicking the “Register” button at the bottom. It is needed the registration to be confirmed through the link sent by the system to the customer’s e-mail.

• What is “Geoportal of MoD”?

  • “Geoportal of MoD” is an information system created to provide public access to geospatial data and services which are created and provided by Military geographic service (MGS) as a structure by the Ministry of defense (MoD).

    “Geoportal of MoD” provides free access (no registration requirement) to the portal for viewing only.

    An order of the electronic administrative services provided by MGS via the “Geoportal of MoD” could be made after registration.
